Gallery Residential is looking for a Marketing Representative to join our team in Nashville, TN. The Marketing Representative will create and distribute positive branding messages and collateral for the company's products and services.

The ideal candidate has a dynamic personality, is passionate about sales and marketing, and has relevant experience. They should be goal-driven with strong negotiation skills and interested in learning new sales techniques.

Responsibilities:

1. Execute enablement materials: Develop marketing materials for distribution to customers and internal stakeholders. Maintain positive relationships with clients. Identify target customers and markets.
2. Facilitate internal communications: Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop branded messages. Collect and review customer feedback. Track and analyze marketing performance metrics.
3. Monitor actionable metrics: Forecast sales trends, analyze marketing strategies, and prepare reports with recommendations. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
2. 1-3 years of related experience preferred.
