Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant at Spring Harbor to welcome prospective residents, tours the community, process applications, and present flexible leasing options. The role involves planning resident functions, collecting payments, and supporting retention strategies.

Excellent communication and sales skills are essential, along with a high school diploma and driver’s license. The position offers competitive pay, potential bonuses, and benefits including

Competenze

• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Tax Credit experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Tour the community with prospective residents and process lease applications.
• Prepare and sign leases and related documents.
• Plan and attend resident functions and events.
• Collect and secure rental payments.
• Perform campaign research, reporting and retention activities.
• Maintain an acceptable closing ratio based on property expectations.

Responsibilities

What your day to day might look like:

• Help future residents find their next home by touring the community, process lease applications, type up leases and more
• Plan and attend exciting functions for our residents
• Collect and secure rental payments
• Campaign research, reporting and retention
• Maintains an acceptable closing ratio based on current property expectations

Qualifications

Some things we can’t live without:

• Customer service or sales experience
• Valid driver’s license
