Job Description

We are seeking a Leasing Consultant to support our community team and ensure a positive experience for residents.

Responsibilities

1. Present community information professionally to prospective renters.
2. Provide accurate details about community features and the surrounding area.
3. Build rapport with potential residents via phone and email.
4. Process applications and maintain communication.
5. Prepare lease contracts and related documents.
6. Coordinate resident move-ins and move-outs, documenting and communicating events.
7. Address resident complaints and develop solutions.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. Previous sales or customer service experience.
2. Experience in multi-family property management and leasing preferred.
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi Voyager preferred.
4. Professional appearance and adherence to dress code.
5. Flexible schedule, including weekends.
6. Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
