Description

As a Part-Time Leasing Consultant, you will provide a positive community experience to residents and effectively market and lease apartments to prospects, while building and developing a professional foundation to launch your career.

What You’ll Do :
  • Maintain a positive customer service relationship and foster a sense of community where people want to live.
  • Assist with planning and hosting resident events.
  • Participate in the future hiring and training of new associates.
  • Write up and file service requests from residents upon receipt.
  • Contribute to the general upkeep and cleaning of the office, common areas, and model units.
  • Assist residents with move-in and move-out processes.
  • Assist in the performance of the turn process.

Effectively market and lease apartments, selling the property’s products and services to prospects.

  • Greet prospective residents, show models, market-ready units, and common areas.
  • Assist prospective residents with completing online applications.
  • Respond to internet leads, answer prospect calls, and conduct property tours following training guidelines.
  • Contribute to maximizing occupancy and leased rent.
  • Utilize established sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic, maintain closing ratios, and exceed occupancy targets.
  • Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and competitors.

Perform various administrative tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Assist with market surveys as needed.
  • Collect deposits and fees associated with move-ins.
  • Prepare and understand all lease-related paperwork thoroughly.
  • Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; assist with data entry.
  • Inspect units quarterly and prior to move-in.
  • Audit lease and renewal files for key controls and bonus submissions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Property Manager.

  • Fluency in reading and writing English.
  • Basic to intermediate math skills.
