Availability: Full Time, Monday-Friday

We are seeking sales professionals with experience in Independent Living communities who want to be part of an innovative and dynamic sales culture focused on making a difference in the lives of seniors. Are you a sales professional who enjoys building relationships and prefers meaningful interactions over chasing metrics? Are you committed to quality rather than quantity? As a Director of Community Relations, you will focus on developing personal relationships with potential residents, their families, and professional partners, rather than transactional sales tactics.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting prospects throughout the sales process
  • Building and managing detailed prospect and professional profiles in our database
  • Generating and maintaining your pipeline
  • Understanding your community’s competitive market landscape
  • Researching and visiting competitors’ facilities
  • Articulating the Benchmark Difference
  • Cultivating professional relationships within the marketplace
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • 3-5 years of proven sales experience in independent senior living
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to effectively communicate our services
