What You'll Be Doing

As a Leasing Consultant, you'll split your time between marketing the community and providing exceptional customer service to residents. Your responsibilities include:

  • Responding proactively to leads, promoting the community, and providing information on availability, pricing, and amenities
  • Scheduling and conducting community tours, employing effective sales techniques
  • Supporting marketing efforts and enhancing online presence
  • Explaining lease terms and policies, coordinating move-ins, and conducting resident orientations
  • Ensuring resident satisfaction through prompt communication and issue resolution
  • Managing leasing documents, processing payments, and facilitating move-in procedures

Work Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 9am-6pm.

What You'll Need To Thrive
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer service skills, ideally from Retail or Hospitality
  • Organized with multitasking ability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in property management software & Google Suite
  • Valid Driver's License if operating a vehicle
  • Knowledge of housing laws
  • Smartphone use for work tasks
Bonus Qualifications
  • Experience in leasing or property management
  • College coursework or degree
