Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC, a full-service real estate management company, is seeking a leasing consultant for Woodland Trail. You will connect with future residents, identify needs, and secure lease agreements.

Responsibilities include generating interest, guiding prospects, resolving resident issues, and coordinating community events, with a fixed Saturday/Sunday schedule and opportunities for bonuses per the property's commission structure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• Fixed schedule: Saturday 10 am–4 pm and Sunday 1 pm–5 pm.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Communicate effectively with potential residents at all steps to call the community home.
• Serve as a resource for residents and help resolve issues.
• Build lasting relationships to retain residents.
• Perform office administrative tasks with attention to detail.

Woodland Trail is looking for a leasing consultant to connect with future residents and identify their wants and needs to secure lease agreements
