Position: Leasing Consultant at Link Apartments Mint Street, Charlotte, NC

We are seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to join our team. The role involves:

  1. Leasing responsibilities:
    • Greeting prospects, answering calls, following up on leads, touring the community, and closing sales.
  2. Paperwork management:
    • Handling guest cards, applications, lease, renewal, termination, and move-out documents throughout the resident lifecycle.
  3. Marketing efforts:
    • Posting and engaging on social media, planning and executing resident events.
