Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Consultant located in Greater Indianapolis. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for handling lease agreements, managing lease administration, and ensuring resident retention. Daily tasks include providing excellent customer service, communicating effectively with residents and potential tenants, and assisting with property tours and applications. The role also involves maintaining knowledge of the properties and the amenities they offer to assist potential tenants with informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience with lease agreements and lease administration
• Strong customer service skills and experience in resident retention
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of property management and rental processes
• Ability to work on-site in Greater Indianapolis
• Highly organized and capable of multitasking
• Previous experience in real estate or property management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Real Estate, or related field is beneficial
