Job summary

Acento Real Estate Partners LLC. is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant to welcome prospective residents, conduct property tours, and match applicants with ideal homes. You’ll support applications, process background checks, and coordinate move-ins in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

The role emphasizes customer service, organization, and effective use of OneSite or similar PMS to track traffic and availability. Prior leasing experience is valued, with bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or Advertising preferred.
• At least 1 year of leasing experience required.
• Familiarity with property management systems like OneSite, MRI, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Bilingual in Spanish & English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leasing & Tours: Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, showcase apartment features, and match potential residents with the perfect home.
• Sales Process: Qualify prospects, assist with applications, and process background and credit checks to support timely lease signings and move-ins.
• Move-In Coordination: Prepare lease agreements and move-in packages, inspect apartments before move-in, and ensure all units are in excellent condition.
• Customer Service: Respond to resident service requests, answer incoming calls, and provide exceptional support to current and prospective residents.
• Daily Operations: Maintain an organized leasing office and ensure all community common areas are clean, inviting, and tour-ready.
• System Management: Use property management software (OneSite or similar) to track leasing traffic, manage availability, and maintain resident data.
