We are seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to join our team at Pelham Place North & Pelham Place South Apartments in Greenville, SC. This role is crucial to our success and offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment. We look for candidates who thrive in fast-paced settings and are committed to providing exceptional service to residents and prospects.

Essential Functions
  1. Conduct property tours for prospects, highlighting community amenities, local surroundings, and lifestyle options.
  2. Drive occupancy and rent growth through effective selling of the community.
  3. Assist with the application process, including collecting information and initiating background checks.
  4. Ensure apartments are ready for move-in and coordinate move-in schedules.
  5. Deliver outstanding service to residents, exceeding expectations and fostering retention.
  6. Manage administrative tasks and rental paperwork accurately and promptly.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of leasing experience within an apartment community preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Windows, and basic math skills.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Compensation

Competitive pay with commissions based on apartments leased.
