The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Leasing Consultant to manage the daily operations of the leasing team at one of our apartment communities and ensure our residents experience nothing short of luxury living. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be instrumental in helping residents find the best place to call home. Your creative and personalized tours will cater to individual tastes, from recommending the perfect floorplan to highlighting local neighborhood restaurants. You understand what motivates people, and you follow through on every lead to ensure prospective residents feel cared for. Since weekends are high-traffic times for potential residents, Saturday availability is required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide excellent customer service to create a sense of community and deliver a spectacular experience for new residents.
2. Utilize sales and marketing skills to drive leasing performance through personalized connections, creative campaigns, outreach, and social media engagement.
3. Follow up with prospects by understanding their preferences and providing tailored updates about floorplans, local hotspots, and community amenities.
4. Assist residents and colleagues in creating a better way to live by fostering positive relationships.

You Have

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• 1-2 years of experience in leasing or customer service, preferably in real estate or property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
