The Leasing Consultant will market and lease apartments according to management policies and procedures, providing resident services professionally and courteously.

Essential Job Functions
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships following the BHOM Living Playbook
  • Adhere to BHOM policies and procedures
  • Greet prospective residents, show units and common areas
  • Lease apartments and promote property products and services
  • Assist with online applications and respond to leads and calls
  • Optimize occupancy and rent revenue
  • Use marketing strategies to increase traffic and achieve occupancy goals
  • Maintain product knowledge of the property and competitors
  • Assist with market surveys and resident events
  • Handle move-in deposits and lease paperwork accurately
  • Maintain leasing data and assist with administrative tasks
  • Inspect units and assist with move-out and turn processes
  • File service requests and contribute to property upkeep
  • Punctually perform administrative tasks and report issues
Minimum Qualifications/Skills
  • Fluent in reading and writing English
  • Basic to intermediate math skills
  • Computer literacy
Desired Qualifications/Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Work Schedule

Typically 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, with occasional extended hours or weekends as needed.

Physical Requirements and Environment

Light physical demand: sitting, standing, walking, reaching, grasping, occasional bending, crouching, lifting up to 25 lbs., pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs. with assistance. Vision and focus adjustments required. Office environment with minimal exposure to elements. Possible contact with chemicals.
