Job summary

OneWall Communities LLC in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Leasing Consultant to drive leasing and marketing efforts, promote the community image, and help achieve full occupancy. You will greet prospects, tour properties, close sales, and ensure timely applications while supporting resident programs.

The role requires 2 years of sales/ leasing experience, strong customer relations, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Evening and weekend work is expected, with a valid driver’s license and insurance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years of sales and leasing experience required; preferably in property management.
• Excellent customer relations experience.
• Competence in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel; familiarity with community software.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to present information to owners, residents, and employees.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of leasing apartments, greet prospects, tour the community, close the sale, process applications, and follow up.
• Assist property with achieving and maintaining high occupancy rates.
• Maintain current information on community details, pricing, and features.
• Oversee and coordinate orientation of new residents.
• Assist management with rent collection as needed.
• Work Saturday and Sunday as required.

We are looking for a Leasing Consultant who will be responsible for effectively implementing the leasing and marketing program for the community. This position will promote a positive image of the apartment community, ensure full occupancy, and assist management with resident programs and retention.

Here is what you will be doing:

• Handle all aspects of leasing apartments, including greeting prospective residents, touring the community, closing the sale, processing applications in a timely manner, and following up with prospects.
• Assist apartment complexes with achieving and maintaining high occupancy rates.
• Maintain current information on all aspects of a community including size, special features, expiration of current leasing agreements and pricing.
• Responsible for the oversightand coordinationofthe orientation of new residents.
• Assist property management team with rent collection as needed.
• Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday schedule.
