Job summary

TRG Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant to serve as the primary contact for prospective and current residents. You will market available units, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease agreements to ensure a positive resident experience while helping achieve occupancy goals.

The role requires strong communication, a high school diploma, and experience in leasing or customer service. Office-based work at apartment communities with potential weekend shifts and social media

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents in person, by phone, and online.
• Conduct property tours and highlight community amenities and features.
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries and follow up with prospects.
• Process rental applications, verify documentation, and screen applicants.
• Prepare lease agreements and explain lease terms and community policies.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and resident files.
• Assist with lease renewals and resident retention initiatives.
• Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures.
• Address resident concerns and communicate maintenance requests.
• Help market the property through social media, community outreach, and advertising.
• Ensure the leasing office and model units are clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Meet monthly leasing, occupancy, and renewal goals.

Job Description

The Leasing Consultant serves as the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents. Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (e.g., Yardi, Entrata, OneSite).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Work Environment:
