HH Staffing is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

Leasing and Sales:

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing accurate information about leasing options, pricing, and availability.
• Assist with the leasing application process, including verifying documents, running background checks, and collecting necessary fees.
• Meet or exceed leasing goals by proactively following up with leads and maintaining strong relationships with prospective tenants.

Resident Relations:

• Support the community management team in coordinating resident events and activities.
• Address resident questions and concerns, serving as a liaison for maintenance requests and policy updates.

Administrative Duties:

• Maintain accurate records of leasing activity, applications, and correspondence in the property management system.
• Prepare and process lease agreements, renewals, and move-in/move-out documentation.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about competitive properties and industry trends.

Property Upkeep and Marketing:

• Ensure the leasing office, model units, and community areas are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Participate in marketing efforts, such as creating promotional materials, hosting open houses, and engaging with prospective residents on social media platforms.

Position Requirements:

• Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi and OneSite.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and leasing regulations.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
