About the Role - Leasing Consultant

Leasing Consultants are the frontline ambassadors of Volunteer Properties. This role is key to our leasing success and resident satisfaction. You'll represent the brand, build connections, and deliver on the promise of exceptional service.

What You'll Do
  • Engage with prospective residents via phone, digital platforms, email, and in-person tours

  • Drive leasing traffic through creative outreach and marketing ideas

  • Track and report lead sources and market trends

  • Inspect vacant units to ensure readiness for showings and move-ins

  • Conduct thorough application screenings (background, references, income verification, etc.)

  • Facilitate the leasing process-from initial inquiry to move-in

  • Listen actively to residents and prospects, offering thoughtful, effective solutions

  • Assist with other projects and duties as assigned
