The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Leasing Consultant to manage daily leasing operations at our apartment community, ensuring residents experience luxury living. Your role involves guiding prospective residents through tours, understanding their preferences, and following up on leads, especially during high-traffic weekends like Saturdays.

• Exceptional customer service skills to foster a sense of community and build relationships.
• Sales and marketing skills to create excitement and outreach through campaigns and social media.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• 1-2 years of experience in leasing or customer service, preferably in real estate or property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
