As a Leasing Consultant, your goal will be to energetically and professionally represent our company to current and future residents. You’ll build relationships with residents and co-workers, act as a product expert, and use your charisma and sales experience to market and sell our multi-family homes. This environment is fast-paced, ideal for engaging, motivated individuals eager to help people find their next home.

A Typical Day:

3. Complete lease application processes.

5. Conduct off-site and online market research and assist in marketing plans.
6. Coordinate resident social events to enhance community satisfaction.
