Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant for the Glen Oaks community in Tallahassee, FL. You will welcome prospective residents, tour the community, process lease applications, and prepare leases, helping people find their next home.

You will plan resident events, collect rent, support retention, and promote the community's positive image. The ideal candidate has customer service or sales experience, a valid driver's license, strong written and spoken communication, and

• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent to
• Tax Credit experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Tour the community with prospective residents and process lease applications.
• Plan and attend resident events to promote community engagement.
• Collect and secure rental payments in a timely manner.
• Support retention through campaign research and reporting.
• Maintain an acceptable closing ratio based on property goals.

Responsibilities

What your day to day might look like:

• Help future residents find their next home by touring the community, process lease applications, type up leases and more
• Plan and attend exciting functions for our residents
• Collect and secure rental payments
• Campaign research, reporting and retention
• Maintains an acceptable closing ratio based on current property expectations
