Qualifications

• Entry-level friendly — prior leasing or property management experience is welcomed, but not required.
• Sales, customer service, hospitality, or office experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable talking with prospects, giving tours, following up, and asking for the sale.
• Ability to commute to and around the property and successfully complete a background check.
• Availability to work a full-time schedule: 4 weekdays (8:30 AM–5:30 PM) + most Saturdays (10 AM–4 PM).

Responsibilities

• Connecting with prospective residents and helping them find the right apartment home
• Conducting property tours and following up with prospects
• Guiding applicants through the leasing and move-in process
• Building positive relationships with current residents
• Partnering with the Property Manager and Maintenance team to keep the community running smoothly
