Heritage Hill Property Management in Missouri seeks a Leasing Consultant to join our team and support leasing across multifamily communities. The role focuses on attracting new tenants and maintaining current residents through superior customer service.

Qualifications

• Entry-level sales role; no leasing experience required.
• Sales experience strongly preferred.
• Office experience preferred.
• Must be able to commute to work.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• Full-time position; hours 8:30AM–5:30PM four days a week and most Saturdays 10:00AM–4:00PM.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing residents and generating new lease opportunities.
• Collaborate with Property Manager and Maintenance staff to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents.

The Leasing Consultant (LC) role is extremely important and pivotal to the success of a multifamily property. The mission of the Leasing Consultant is to team with the Property Manager and Maintenance Staff to attract new prospective tenants and maintain current residents through superior customer service.
