Position: Leasing Consultant

Beztak is looking to hire a Leasing Consultant to join our team. The Leasing Consultant is responsible for providing excellent customer service representation. The primary responsibilities include greeting visitors, presenting the features and benefits of the apartment community professionally, and properly securing lease agreements.

Essential Functions:

1. Manage all leases from potential and existing clients.
2. Coordinate property viewings, follow-ups, and update the contact management database.
3. Market all rental listings.
4. Coordinate and schedule lease applications, ensuring compliance.
5. Execute new lease agreements and coordinate move-in processes.
6. Prepare all lease-related paperwork.
7. Manage regulatory and compliance-related services.
8. Respond to queries/leads and conduct property inspections.

Personal Qualities:

• Able to work a flexible schedule when needed.

Qualifications and Education:

• Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role or related field.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to change.
