The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting prospective residents through the leasing process, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with current residents. The pay range for this position is $21 to $23/hr., based on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents, providing tours of available units and community amenities.
• Explain leasing terms, policies, and procedures clearly and accurately.
• Process rental applications, conduct background and credit checks, and prepare lease agreements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of community availability, pricing, and promotions.
• Respond promptly to resident inquiries and resolve any leasing-related issues.
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth move-ins and move-outs.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and resident information.
• AAParticipate in marketing and outreach efforts to attract new residents.
