Job summary

CAPREIT in Charlottesville, VA is seeking a Leasing Consultant to provide exceptional service to prospective residents and support marketing efforts at 29 Central and The Towns at Stonefield. You will greet applicants, showcase the community, collect applications, and coordinate with the Community Manager to process applications and respond to inquiries.

The role requires 1–3 years of leasing experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in apartment leasing.
• A valid driver's license to operate company vehicle/golf cart.
• Experience with RealPage, OneSite and/or Yardi or ability to learn such software.
• Working knowledge of current technologies and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by marketing activities to attract prospective residents, greeting applicants, showcasing the community, and collecting applications.
• Assist the Community Manager by processing applications, handling resident calls, following up with prospective residents, and performing on-going administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to prospective residentsby planning and participating in marketing activities to attract prospective residents; greeting applicants, showcasing the community, and collecting applications; communicating the features and benefits of the community with potential residents.

Assist the Community Managerby processing applications in a timely manner, taking resident phone calls, following up with prospective residents, and completing additional, on-going administrative functions of the community

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in apartment leasing

- A valid driver's license to operate company vehicle/golf cart

- Experience with specialized property management software (RealPage, OneSite, and/or Yardi), or the ability to learn such software

- A working knowledge of current technologies and Microsoft Office

Schedule Requirements:

Monday - Friday/Some weekends but not every weekend
