Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to use customer service skills to connect with future residents and identify their wants and needs to secure lease agreements. You will highlight property features, guide prospects through the application process, and help build lasting relationships that retain residents while supporting a positive community experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Generate interest for the community and highlight its unique features.
• Communicate effectively with potential residents about the steps to call the community home.
• Serve as a resource for residents and help resolve issues.
• Build lasting relationships to retain and gain residents.
• Perform required office administrative tasks with attention to detail.
• Coordinate fun activities for residents.
