Job Title: Leasing Consultant at KETTLER

KETTLER is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Alexander Ridge, an apartment community in Canton, GA. Under the supervision of the Community Manager, the Leasing Consultant's role is to maximize property occupancy through generating qualified traffic, community networking, scheduling appointments, securing rentals, promoting resident retention, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and conduct property tours.
• Implement outreach marketing strategies.
• Create engaging social media content to connect with residents and manage posts.
• Follow up daily with prospects to answer questions and maintain a high-touch approach.
• Assist in resident retention efforts.
• Partner with local businesses, events, and organizations.
• Walk the marketing path daily.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects.
• Process lease applications and qualify residents.
• Support the Community Manager with administrative tasks, including office maintenance and answering phones.
• Resolve resident concerns and issues effectively.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service, sales, or office experience, preferably in residential property management.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Customer service, sales, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional interaction style.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for business.
