Roundhouse is hiring a Leasing Consultant for The Pine at Wildroot Apartments in Missoula, MT. You will guide prospects from first hello to signed lease, aiming for full occupancy and renewals while ensuring resident satisfaction.

You will use CRM systems and market data, coordinate with property teams, and help plan events. Compensation includes medical benefits, a 401(k) match, and housing discounts, with a competitive hourly wage and commissions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong sales and customer-service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospects, answer questions, give tours, and verify eligibility as their first contact.
• Close leases and hit occupancy, renewals, and turn-time goals with a 35% closing ratio or higher.
• Process applications, renewals, notices to vacate, move-ins/outs, transfers, roommate changes, and service requests.
• Build strong resident relations and drive retention.
• Walk the community daily to keep tour paths, models, amenities, and common areas sharp.
• Manage resident communications and keep CRM, resident, and vendor records accurate.
• Complete monthly market surveys and recommend competitive pricing to the Community Manager.
• Support marketing initiatives and participate in local outreach.

$18.50-$19/hour + commissions |Tuesday-Friday 9am-6pm & Saturday 9am-5pm

Roundhouse is hiring a Leasing Consultant at The Pine at Wildroot Apartments. You'll guide prospects from first hello to signed lease, hit occupancy and renewal goals, and help current residents feel glad they chose us. What you'll own

• Welcome prospects, answer questions, give tours, and verify eligibility as their first point of contact


• Close leases and hit community goals for occupancy, renewals, and turn times, with a rental closing ratio of at least 35%


• Process applications, renewals, notices to vacate, move-ins and move-outs, transfers, roommate changes, and service requests


• Build strong resident relations by addressing concerns and driving retention


• Walk the community daily to keep tour paths, models, amenities, and common areas sharp


• Manage resident communication channels and keep CRM, resident, and vendor records accurate


• Complete monthly market surveys, track local trends, and recommend competitive pricing to the Community Manager


• Support marketing initiatives and flag local outreach opportunities


• Help plan and host resident events


• Follow Fair Housing laws, safety procedures, and company policy

What you bring

• High school diploma or GED


• Strong sales and customer-service skills


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)


• A desire to lead, on your team and in your community


• Willingness to travel occasionally between properties

A leg up if you have

• 2+ years of sales experience


• 1+ year of onsite multifamily or apartment leasing experience


• Experience with Yardi Voyager, RentCafe, AIRM, LEO, Appwork, or similar property management software


• Spanish fluency

Pay and benefits

• $18.50-$19 per hour plus commissions, based on experience, skills, and qualifications
