Roundhouse is hiring a Leasing Consultant at The Corso Apartments & Ashlyn Place Apartments in Missoula, MT. You’ll guide prospects from first hello to signed lease, hit occupancy goals, and help current residents feel glad they chose us.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong sales and customer-service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
• A desire to lead, on your team and in your community.
• Willingness to travel occasionally between properties.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospects, answer questions, give tours, and verify eligibility as their first point of contact.
• Close leases and hit occupancy and renewal goals with a 35% rental closing ratio.
• Process applications, renewals, notices to vacate, move-ins/outs, transfers, roommate changes, and service requests.
• Build resident relations by addressing concerns and driving retention.
• Walk the community daily to keep tour paths, models, amenities, and common areas sharp.
• Manage resident communication channels and keep CRM and vendor records accurate.
• Complete monthly market surveys and recommend pricing to the Community Manager.
• Support marketing initiatives and flag local outreach opportunities.
• Help plan and host resident events.
• Follow Fair Housing laws, safety procedures, and company policy.

Roundhouse is hiring a Leasing Consultant at The Corso Apartments & Ashlyn Place Apartments. You'll guide prospects from first hello to signed lease, hit occupancy and renewal goals, and help current residents feel glad they chose us. You make a great first impression and back it up with follow-through. You can read what a prospect is really looking for, show them how this community fits their life, and close with care, not pressure. You take pride in a full house and residents who are glad they chose you.

What you'll own

• Welcome prospects, answer questions, give tours, and verify eligibility as their first point of contact
• Close leases and hit community goals for occupancy, renewals, and turn times, with a rental closing ratio of at least 35%
• Process applications, renewals, notices to vacate, move-ins and move-outs, transfers, roommate changes, and service requests
• Build strong resident relations by addressing concerns and driving retention
• Walk the community daily to keep tour paths, models, amenities, and common areas sharp
• Manage resident communication channels and keep CRM, resident, and vendor records accurate
• Complete monthly market surveys, track local trends, and recommend competitive pricing to the Community Manager
• Support marketing initiatives and flag local outreach opportunities
• Help plan and host resident events
• Follow Fair Housing laws, safety procedures, and company policy

What you bring

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong sales and customer-service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)

• Willingness to travel occasionally between properties

A leg up if you have

• 2+ years of sales experience
• 1+ year of onsite multifamily or apartment leasing experience
• Experience with Yardi Voyager, RentCafe, AIRM, LEO, Appwork, or similar property management software
• Spanish fluency

• $18-$19 per hour plus commissions, based on experience, skills, and qualifications
