Roundhouse is hiring a Maintenance Technician at Corso / Ashlyn Place Apartments in Missoula, MT. You’ll perform hands-on repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and pool systems to keep the property in top condition for residents.
This full-time, on-site role offers $21-$22 per hour plus bonus potential, a zero-cost employee medical plan, a 401(k) match, and an employee housing discount. A high school diploma and 1+ year of maintenance experience are required.

Responsibilities
- Complete repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and pool systems.
- Respond quickly to work orders and ensure a high-quality finish.
- Walk the property to catch issues early and keep safety codes.
- Keep grounds and common areas clean and functional.
- Coordinate withMaintenance Supervisor on tasks and purchases.
- Update maintenance software with materials, hours, and status.
- Take turns in after-hours on-call rotation and assist with snow removal.
- Follow safety procedures in the Employee Handbook and OSHA standards.

You'll handle hands-on repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and pool systems, and keep the property in great shape for the residents who call it home. - Complete repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and pool and spa systems
- Respond quickly to work orders and see each one through to a high-quality finish
- Walk the property to catch issues early and keep it compliant with safety and health codes
- Keep grounds, building exteriors, and common areas clean, functional, and looking sharp
- Partner with the Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks, approve purchases, and coordinate vendors
- Keep work orders current in maintenance software, including materials, hours, and completion status
- Take your turn in the after-hours emergency on-call rotation and help with snow and ice removal
- Follow all safety procedures in the Employee Handbook, SOPs, OSHA standards, and on-equipment labels
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of general maintenance and repair experience
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, CPO, and carpentry systems
- Strong communication skills and a real customer-service mindset
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation due to periodic travel between locations
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and property management software
- The ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for long periods, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all weather
- Trade school or technical certification
- Onsite multifamily or apartment maintenance experience
- Experience with Yardi Voyager, RentCafe, AIRM, LEO, Appwork, or similar maintenance software
- Spanish fluency
We supply power tools and larger equipment. You'll provide and maintain a basic set of hand tools, on hand within 30 days of your start date: 10" and 6" crescent wrenches, 9.5" and 6.5" channel lock pliers, needle-nose pliers, Phillips and flathead screwdrivers, nut driver set, Allen wrench set, socket wrench set, wire crimping tool with cutters, razor knife, hammer, putty knife, tape measure, thermometer, non-contact voltage tester, GFCI tester, multimeter, drill, and drill bits.
- $21-$22 per hour plus commissions, based on experience, skills, and qualifications
