Help people find their new homes! Your main focus as a leasing consultant is to lease apartments while achieving the highest effective rent level. Executing leases triggers our competitive commission and bonus structure. Most importantly, our property management philosophy is maintaining strong customer service and resident satisfaction, which starts with each and every leasing consultant on the Fortis team.
No experience with property or leasing? No problem. You have more skills than you know! We pride ourselves in utilizing diverse employment backgrounds to equip our team with as many different perspectives as possible. Often, successful leasing agents were once successful waiters/waitresses, customer service representatives, floor workers at big box stores, and call center employees.
