Summary and Responsibilities:
As the Leasing Consultant, you will work under the Property Manager to manage the leasing process from start to finish. Your role involves presenting the community in an energetic and friendly manner, building relationships, and creating excitement. You will provide excellent customer service, resolve resident issues, and support leasing and occupancy goals.

Physical and Work Environment:
This role involves intermittent sedentary work with mobility required for touring and inspecting apartments. It includes standing, walking, climbing stairs, and occasional physical activities such as pushing, pulling, reaching, and lifting up to 20 lbs. The role requires good vision and hearing for communication and paperwork, working both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions.
