Belco Property Management is currently seeking a bi-lingual leasing consultant. We are looking for a motivated, hard-working individual who wants to build a career with us. The duties performed are listed below and are not limited to:

1. Show apartment units to prospective tenants and process move-in paperwork for qualified applicants.
2. Encourage prospective tenants to lease by presenting our property and units favorably and providing excellent customer service.
3. Process service requests from tenants and ensure prompt responses to inquiries.
4. Set and achieve sales goals each quarter, motivating leasing agents to follow your lead.
5. Maintain a strong closing ratio.
6. Ensure all community areas, including the clubhouse and leasing office, are in excellent condition.
7. Answer incoming telephone calls.
8. Have a strong understanding of property management concepts and issues.
9. Exhibit excellent communication skills.
10. High school diploma/GED required.
