Qualifications

Job Title: Leasing Consultant

As the Leasing Consultant, you will play a vital role in shaping residents' experiences by guiding them through the leasing process with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your responsibilities include creating a welcoming environment, showcasing our community’s features, and helping prospective residents find their next home.

Daily responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to current residents regarding leases, maintenance, engagement, and inquiries
  • Maintain effective communication via email, phone, social media, and in person
  • Lease and pre-lease apartments, ensuring compliance with lease requirements
  • Conduct community tours in various weather conditions
  • Ensure community and apartment readiness for showcasing
  • Maintain a neat and welcoming environment, including cleaning and community upkeep
  • Support resident retention activities, including parties and lease renewals
  • Collaborate effectively with team members

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills; able to build rapport with residents and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Enthusiastic, empathetic, and collaborative attitude
  • Desire to positively impact others' lives
  • 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Solution-oriented mindset
  • Property management experience is a plus
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
