What You’ll Do

As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be the face of AMLI, helping prospective residents find their perfect home while supporting leasing efforts at multiple properties. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leasing & Sales: Guide prospective residents through property tours, answer questions, and help them find the right apartment.
  • Prospect Engagement: Greet and qualify leads, follow up via phone and email, and market to potential residents through social media and networking.
  • Administrative Support: Process leases, applications, and other documentation efficiently and accurately.
  • Resident Relations & Events: Assist with resident retention efforts, plan community events, and respond to inquiries and service requests.
  • Marketing & Outreach: Maintain relationships with local businesses and apartment locator services, and monitor market trends.
  • Community Presentation: Ensure office, amenity areas, model apartments, and common spaces are clean, welcoming, and professionally maintained.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service.
  • High school diploma or GED (college degree is a plus).
  • Strong communication & customer service skills: You enjoy connecting with people and helping them find solutions.
  • Saturday availability required (we’re closed Sundays!).
  • Tech-savvy & marketing-minded: Comfort with social media and leasing technology is a plus.
