Job Title: Leasing Consultant - Estates at East Riverside

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to residents to exceed their expectations and promote resident retention.
• Handle all lease applications, assist with verification, and communicate results to prospective residents.
• Create and maintain a friendly, professional office environment through exemplary customer service.
• Regularly inspect community amenities, tour paths, and models for quality assurance.
• Work collaboratively with team members to overcome challenges and achieve goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months experience in Conventional Apartment or Student Housing leasing preferred.
• Outgoing personality with enthusiasm for marketing, leasing, and sales.
• Active knowledge of social media platforms and online presence management.
• Proficiency in converting calls and inquiries into appointments and leases.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Passion for serving residents, prospects, vendors, and colleagues.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Law.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
