We seek friendly, self-motivated individuals with positive attitudes and a drive to succeed to join our growing team. Currently, we are hiring a Leasing Consultant for Los Altos in Denver, CO.

General Purpose of the Position: The Leasing Consultant handles daily leasing operations at the community and assists the Area Manager and other Community Managers with special leasing projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Maintain knowledge of all available apartments and market conditions.
2. Keep leasing and model areas clean and professional.
3. Complete Weekly Traffic and Activity Reports accurately.
4. Process rental applications and lease packages efficiently.
5. Greet and assist prospective residents.
6. Demonstrate models, amenities, and vacant apartments professionally.
7. Support company initiatives to develop loyalty, team spirit, and unity.
8. Renew expired leases at approved rental rates.
9. Record resident requests accurately.
10. Complete move-in paperwork correctly and assist with apartment inspections.
11. Support resident renewal and retention programs.
12. Assist with rent collection as needed.
13. Perform other duties as capable and assigned.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Customer Service or Property Management experience preferred
