Base pay range

$19.00/hr - $22.00/hr

About The Role

As a Leasing Consultant at Perennial Properties, you'll be the face of our community—welcoming prospective residents, building strong relationships, and helping people find their perfect home. Your upbeat personality, confidence, and ability to multitask will set the tone for the resident experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet prospective residents, tour the community, and close leases with confidence
  • Follow up promptly on all leads and inquiries
  • Build lasting relationships with current and future residents
  • Collaborate with the team to meet occupancy and leasing goals
  • Stay informed about local market trends and competitor offerings
  • Ensure all leasing files, reports, and communications are accurate and up to date
  • Represent the Perennial brand with enthusiasm and professionalism


What We’re Looking For

  • High energy, outgoing personality, and excellent communication skills
  • A persuasive and confident approach to sales
  • Enjoys working with people and thrives in a social, team-oriented setting
  • Fast-paced, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
  • Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (Entrata a plus)
