What You'll Be Doing

• Marketing the community and following up on leads, cultivating relationships with prospective residents.
• Providing exceptional customer service to residents and maintaining property appeal.
• Responding to sales leads, promoting the community, and addressing resident needs.
• Scheduling tours, closing deals, and supporting marketing efforts.
• Explaining lease provisions, conducting orientations, and ensuring move-in activities.
• Ensuring resident satisfaction through communication and issue resolution.
• Managing leasing documents, processing payments, and completing move-in procedures.

What You'll Need To Thrive

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills (Retail, Hospitality)
• Organized with ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in property management software & Google Suite
• Valid Driver's License if operating a motorized vehicle
• Knowledge of apartment housing laws
• Use of personal Smartphone for work tasks (office team)

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or property management
• College degree or coursework

Salary:

$21.45 - $26.22 / hour

The starting pay depends on skills, experience, and qualifications. Employees are eligible for overtime pay and incentives. A valid driver’s license, good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transportation are required if operating a vehicle during work.
