Responsibilities

• Assist manager with marketing efforts and outreach
• Tour property with prospects and explain amenities
• Process applications and coordinate background checks
• Provide move-in information and ensure a smooth onboarding
• Deliver high-level service to residents and support retention
• Coordinate with maintenance and management on work orders
