You will handle daily leasing operations, coordinate with teams, and create standout experiences to drive occupancy while delivering excellent customer service in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years leasing or customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the leasing team at the community.
• Conduct tours, assist with floorplan selection and pricing.
• Follow up on leads and drive leasing performance through campaigns.
• Create excitement through events, outreach, and social media.
• Provide exceptional resident experiences and meet targets.
