Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Leasing Consultant to greet clients, present features of the community, and properly secure lease agreements from qualified prospects. Responsibilities include collecting deposits, preparing move-in files, and maintaining a clean, model apartment for showings.

You will stay knowledgeable on lease terms, unit specifics, availability, and current market conditions, while providing outstanding customer service and sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and present community features to prospective residents
• Secure lease agreements from qualified applicants and process deposits
• Ensure model/target apartments are ready for show and maintain a clean workspace

• Utilize professional customer service and sales techniques
• Maintain contact with apartment locator services and local businesses for informational materials
• Conduct outreach marketing and shadow surrounding properties to aid leasing
• Develop and maintain resident retention programs and move-in files
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents
• Handle resident requests and complaints courteously and efficiently
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times
