Job summary

The Bainbridge Companies, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Naples, FL. This role serves as second in command to the Community Manager, maintaining resident files, managing rents via the resident portal, and assisting with turnover, leases, and renewals.

Essential duties include overseeing cash receipts in OneSite, preparing Final Accounting Statements, and ensuring compliance with state law and company standards. A valid driver’s license and on-site availability are required.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in residential property management required.
• Ability to read and write English fluently.
• Familiarity with OneSite or similar resident management software is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease and move in prospective residents.
• Maintain excellent customer service relationships with residents, vendors, co-workers, and the community.
• Stay informed on market conditions and product knowledge in the community and competitors.
• Oversee and direct efforts to maximize rental income and occupancy through sales plans.
• Prepare and deliver all legal and formal notices in accordance with state law.
• Demonstrate ability to resolve resident complaints and escalate to the Property Manager.
