Job summary

Fairfield Residential’s Cove at Tiburon is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support operations, leasing, and financial accuracy at our 283-unit community. You will handle rent processing, inquiries, and resident satisfaction while guiding the leasing team and ensuring compliance.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in residential leasing or property management, strong Excel and Yardi skills, and a customer-focused mindset. This is a full-time on-site role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically 1+ year of residential leasing, sales, and/or property management experience.
• Leadership and supervising staff preferred.
• Experience with Yardi or other property management software is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel; solid math and accounting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and promote resident satisfaction.
• Collect and post rent, process invoices, and prepare financial reports.
• Use Yardi for property accounting and reporting.
• Respond to resident inquiries and resolve service issues promptly.
• Mentor leasing team and support Community Manager.
