Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting and training of staff.
• Plan and organize leasing and marketing with guidance from property manager to meet leasing goals.
• Demonstrate and lease apartments; oversee leasing consultants and follow up on leads.
• Maintain leasing information per policy and assist with leasing paperwork.
• Ensure excellent customer service and communicate resident issues to the property manager for resolution.
• Research market information for budgets, surveys, and grids.
• Prepare advertising and promotional expenses for the yearly budget.
• Develop retention and promotional programs with the property manager.
