• Experience in Sales is preferred.

• Marketing – ability to create and execute a Marketing Calendar.
• Proven experience working in fast paced, high demand (volume) locations.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Community Manager with marketing strategies and leasing operations.
• Maintain and execute the Community Marketing Calendar.
• Assist with inputting new applicants and leasing renewals.
• Screen prospects, schedule tours, and input leads to increase occupancy.
• Provide feedback on Leasing Best Practices and communication with Maintenance.
