Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking an Associate Community Manager in Fayetteville, AR to market the community, support leasing targets, and respond to residents and prospects with professionalism.

You will design marketing plans, monitor leasing activity, ensure compliance with Fair Housing, manage data in Entrata, and coordinate move-in and communications to foster a positive resident experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare marketing plans and develop new strategies and programs designed to meet occupancy goals
• Prepare/monitor daily and weekly leasing reports to make pricing recommendations for optimal rent growth
• Ensure leasing staff complies with corporate procedures and Fair Housing laws
• Ensure all data is entered in Entrata with quality follow-up
• Project a favorable image of the community to achieve property objectives
• Generate and track traffic of prospective residents using effective marketing techniques
• Close sales by scheduling appointments, generating leads, and conducting tours
• Submit materials such as market surveys, marketing calendars, guest cards, and service requests
• Keep social media channels updated to promote the property
• Oversee renewal kick-off and plan events including Community Ambassador zone walks
• Maintain confidentiality of client, resident, and company information
• Attend staff meetings and adhere to Landmark Properties policies
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment
• Report time and attendance
• Explain the lease documents and addendums to residents and prospective residents
• Participate in move-in/move-out activities
• Manage time efficiently
• Assist in corporate projects as requested
• Maximizes revenue and occupancy within the marketing budget
• Train leasing staff on campus marketing and on locations frequented by students
• Review and explain the lease document and addendums with staff
