Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare marketing plans and new strategies to meet occupancy goals
• Prepare/monitor daily and weekly leasing reports for pricing guidance
• Ensure leasing staff comply with Fair Housing laws and corporate procedures
• Enter data in Entrata with accurate follow-up
• Generate and track traffic of prospective residents using marketing techniques
• Conduct tours, arrange appointments, close sales, maintain the model and traffic follow-up
• Oversee renewal kick-off, plan events, and Community Ambassador zone walks
• Explain lease documents and related addendums clearly to residents and parents
• Participate in move-in/move-out activities and maintain efficient time management
• Support corporate projects as requested
