CLS Living is seeking a Part Time Leasing Professional to deliver outstanding resident service and maintain a welcoming leasing office. You will manage prospect contacts, process leases, and support marketing efforts to meet occupancy goals.

The role emphasizes customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment on campus and in the community.

Qualifications

• Two to three years in a sales or customer service role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and analytical skills.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Entrata software.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to market and sell the community.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class customer service to prospects and residents.
• Maintain and promote a professional and welcoming office environment.
• Execute daily follow-up with prospects and support marketing plans.
• Perform lease processing and property administration duties as needed.
• Assist with after-hours emergencies and cross-train for other positions.
