Job summary

ADP, Inc. seeks a Leasing Consultant in Summerville, SC to support marketing, leasing and administrative tasks for the community. This full-time role requires coordinating tours, processing applications, and maintaining resident files while ensuring compliance with policies.

You will assist the Property Manager with weekly reporting, marketing efforts, and daily office operations. Strong MS Word/Excel/Outlook skills and knowledge of Yardi are preferred; valid SC driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook for Windows.
• Experience with Yardi Residential is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a busy leasing office.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and qualify prospective residents.
• Assist Property Manager in operating the community.
• Maintain resident and general office files with proper documentation.
• Assist with compliance procedures and weekly/monthly reports.
